Voicemail
In Kürze wird eine neue Version von Voicemail veröffentlicht.
Hier finden Sie neue Funktionen und Optimierungen :
1. Benachrichtigungen für neue Voicemails
Benachrichtigungen werden künftig von folgender Adresse gesendet: no-reply@ipvoip.tel (neuer Absender)
👉 Damit die Benachrichtigungen nicht im Spam landen, empfehlen wir Ihnen, die Adresse in Ihren Kontakten zu speichern.
2. Direkter Zugriff auf die Voicemail von Ihrem VoIP Telefon
Rufen Sie Ihre Voicemail and oder wählen Sie 086<Ihre Nummer>
👉 Kurzwahlen werden unterstützt: 86 oder die «Nachrichten» Taste (Symbol auf Ihrem Telefon)
3. Zugriff auf Ihre Voicemail von einer externen Nummer
Rufen Sie 086<Ihre Nummer> an und drücken Sie während der Ansage die * Taste
👉 Sie werden aufgefordert, Ihre Voicemail ID (Ihre Telefonnummer im internationalen Format 41XXXXXXXXX) und Ihr Passwort einzugeben (Password Code im Kiosk einsehbar)
4. Automatische Speicherverwaltung
Die ältesten Nachrichten werden automatisch gelöscht, sobald der Voicemail Speicherplatz erreicht ist (max. 60 Nachrichten)
5. Voicemail aktivieren/deaktivieren
Mittels Funktionscode *86
6. Nachrichten Anzeige (MWI)
Ein visuelles Signal wird auf Ihren kompatiblen Geräten angezeigt, sobald eine neue Nachricht vorliegt
7. Integration in Softwareandwendungen
Voicemail Nachrichten können direkt in DesktopControl (DC), DesktopOperator (DO) und MobileControl (MC) angesehen, abgehört und gelöscht werden
Ein in Ihr Kiosk integrierter Player ermöglicht ebenfalls die Verwaltung Ihrer Voicemail Nachrichten.
