Passer une appel

    1. Décrochez le combiné.
    2. Composez le numéro (précédé de 0 si nécessaire) pour un appel externe ou le numéro court à 4 chiffres pour un appel interne.
    3. Tous les numéros courts sont visibles dans l'annuaire du Kiosk
    4. Appuyez sur la touche OK pour lancer l'appel.
    5. A la fin de l'appel, raccrochez.

Recevoir un appel

    1. Si votre téléphone sonne, décrochez le combiné et vous serez en communication avec l'appelant. Le numéro de téléphone de l'appellant (ou le nom ) s'affiche à l'écran
    2. Si vous souhaitez répondre à un appel sonnant sur un autre poste, décrochez le combiné et appuyez sur la touche correspondant à la ligne à laquelle vous souhaitez répondre.
    3. À la fin de la conversation, raccrochez. 

Transfert d'appel avec annonce

    1. Vous êtes on a call
    2. Sous l'écran, appuyez sur la touche Mise en attente

         3.1 Composez le numéro  de la personne à laquelle vous souhaitez transférer l'appel en attente et validez par la touche V .

         or

         3.2 Appuyez sur la touche programmable, si vous en avez une pour joindre la personne concernée.

         or

         3.3 Appuyez sur la touche Annuairepour choisir votre destinataire et validez par la touche V. La touche annuaire téléphonique se trouve sous l'écran.

    4. Informez votre correspondantque vous allez lui transférer un appel.

    5. Juste sous l'écran, appuyez sur la touche  Transfer.

6. Valider le transfert par la touche valider (V)

Transfert d'appel sans annonce

    1. Vous êtes en communication

    2. Sous l'écran, appuyez sur la touche Transfer

         3.1 Dial the phone number of the person to whom you want to transfer the waiting call and validate.

         or

         3.2 Press the Programmable key, if you have one to reach the concerned person.

         or

         3.3 Press the phone book key to select you destinataire and validate. The phone book key is under the display

Conference more than 3 people

  If you want to include more than 3 people in a conference on the fly, repeat the following action to each of your interlocutors :

    1.Establish the first liaison with one of the interlocutors:
    2.Press the "Transfer" key and dial 11 (the call is then hung up, your correspondent enters a virtual conference room):
    3.Call back another correspondent, etc.

  After calling all your correspondent according to the method above, dial 11, then join the conference room

Do not disturb

  By pressing the "DND" button, your phone switches to DND (Do Not Disturb) mode.

  A second press deactivates the (do not disturb) function.

Vocal Messageries

  To reach your voice mail, call your full phone number preceded by 086. Ex: 086 [your 10-digit number].
