Voicemail[edit | edit source]
A new version of voicemail will be released soon.
Here you can find new features or improvement :
1. Notifications for new voicemails
Notifications will now be sent from the following address: no-reply@ipvoip.tel (new sender)
👉 To prevent these notifications from being marked as spam, we recommend adding this address to your contacts.
2. Direct access to voicemail from your VoIP phone
Call via the voicemail number or 086<your number>
👉 Short codes are supported: 86 or the “Message” key (the “small envelope” icon on your phone)
3. Access your voicemail from an external number
By calling 086<your number> and then pressing *
👉 You will be asked to enter your voicemail ID (your phone number in international format 41XXXXXXXXX) + password (information available in the Kiosk)
4. Automatic storage space management
The oldest messages are automatically deleted when the voicemail reaches its maximum capacity (60 messages)
5. Enabling/disabling voicemail
Using the feature code *86
6. Message Waiting Indication (MWI)
A visual indicator will appear on your compatible phones when a new message is available
7. Integration with software applications
View, listen to, and delete voicemail messages directly from:
DesktopControl (DC), DesktopOperator (DO), and MobileControl (MC)
A player integrated into your Kiosk also allows you to manage your voicemail messages.
💡When your voicemail is migrated, you can check it directly on Kiosk :
Logo "NEW" is added.
Feature Codes[edit | edit source]
| These codes are also sometimes referred as "DTMF" codes, but they are not DTMF, they are "short numbers" or "feature codes" |
